Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the tool, along with all original accessories and manuals, back into its original manufacturer box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the tool's condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
