The foam interface pad allows the PLANEX’s sanding pad to conform to irregular shapes, like rounded corners. The interface pad also allows the abrasive to float, producing smoother results on delicate profiles and contours. This set comes with two 5mm-thick pads and can be used separately or stacked together.
- As damping element between sanding disc and sanding pad.
